Shipping & Returns
At checkout you'll choose how to receive your order: in-store pickup, local delivery in the Buckhead area, or cold-packed shipping anywhere in the continental US. Depending on product availability, orders will ship as outlined below.
In-Store Pickup: Free at either shop. Buckhead, 3198 Cains Hill Place NW, Atlanta, GA 30305, open Monday to Sunday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm. East Cobb, 1062-D Johnson Ferry Road, Marietta, GA 30068, open Tuesday to Saturday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm and closed Sunday and Monday. Choose your location at checkout and we will email you as soon as your order is ready.
Same-Day Local Delivery, Buckhead area: $15 per order, free on orders of $150 or more. Available to ZIP codes 30305, 30309, 30318, 30319, 30324, 30326, 30327 and 30342. Order between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm any day and it goes out the same day, packed cold and driven straight to your door.
Nationwide Shipping: $35 per order, free on orders of $250 or more. We ship cold-packed within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO military addresses. Orders ship Monday through Wednesday. Estimated transit time is 1–3 days after shipment.

Please note, while we do everything we can to ensure your package arrives on time, we are not responsible for carrier delays.

December Shipping:
Due to increased volume and unpredictable weather, we encourage customers to place Holiday orders as early as possible. Increased volume and shipping delays may result in your order arriving later than requested.

Returns:
Since our items are perishable we cannot accept returns.
We guarantee the quality and grade of our products. While most deliveries will arrive at the desired date and time, due to inclement weather and unforeseen delays in shipping, deliveries may be delayed resulting in thawing of the product. Please contact us directly should you have questions or concerns about product safety.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the products are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please do not refuse delivery as we might require pictures to evaluate a refund
Dry Ice in 2-Day and 3-Day Shipments:
Dry ice is the solid state of carbon dioxide. To become a solid, its temperature must reach -109.3 degrees F, making it an ideal cooling agent for shipping frozen and cold refrigerated products. Dry ice should never be handled with bare hands for safety reasons. Please be careful when removing your products from the packaging. Refer to the OSHA Safe Handling of Dry Ice for more information.
