Our team is specifically designed to have former chefs and industry experts at every position. Our goal is not to simply sell products, it’s to meet you where you are on your culinary journey and push you further down that path every time you come in. We are here to assist you with product selection, product pairing and menu development. We are here to share our culinary passion with you, and years of experience, in an effort to help you make the most of your at-home cooking experience. Your quality of life genuinely matters to us, and we feel that creating more excitement around the table is one way to help you get more fulfillment out of your day!

Connor Boney

CEO & OWNER

Atlanta is my home and the community here has been an integral part of my life. I am excited to now be able to personally give back to those who have given me so much over the years. It is my belief that we should all seek to have an impact on the people and places around us. I am grateful that my passion for food has created an outlet to connect with those around me, and as a result, helps elevate that passion in others while making it fun at the same time. Fellowship at the table is something we all have come to appreciate more under the unprecedented circumstances in 2020. My hope is that Buckhead Butcher Shop becomes synonymous with creating the best at-home cooking experiences possible. A good meal starts with the right materials, and I am confident that we will always serve the best. I co-own and operate Revere Meat Company, the finest foodservice processing and distribution company in the state. The same products we sell to the region’s white tablecloth restaurants, I will carry here for the great people of this city, so they can recreate that level of dining experience in the comfort of their own homes.

Danielle Schaller

General Manager & Culinary Director

Growing up surrounded by a large Italian family, I realized my passion for food at a young age. From making cappelletti with the 4 generations of northern Italian women on my mother’s side to experiencing the Feast of the Seven Fishes with my father’s family on the Sicilian side, food has always been the foundation that brought my family together. After completing my studies of culinary arts in Florida, I made my way to Atlanta where I’ve had the opportunity to work with, and learn from, some of the cities most talented chefs for the past 5 years. Working in the kitchens of some of Atlanta’s finest restaurants like Marcel, BeetleCat, The Optimist and King & Duke, my culinary skills and techniques grew, as did my passion for sharing them. I am excited and eager to now have the opportunity to do this with Buckhead Butcher Shop, where I look forward to providing everyday cooks with the high-quality ingredients, tools, and tips they need to achieve restaurant-quality experiences in the comfort of their own homes.

Katie Cotton

Culinary Specialist

Katie’s career started off in Tennessee, wanting to grow and expand in her knowledge in the food and wine industry. She moved to Atlanta in 2014 and  has worked in the restaurant industry for 8+ years, specializing in steakhouses and fine dining which lead to her catering to celebrities, and Atlanta’s elite. She has worked at some of Atlanta’s best restaurants, including Marcel, Atlas, and the Garden Room, where she has cultivated her knowledge of food and wine and created memorable experiences for all of her guests. Her extensive knowledge and personality combine for a very personalized, fun shopping experience at BBS.
